By accessing or using the Puzzle Partner platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Description of Service
Puzzle Partner provides a platform for connecting businesses with elite software development teams. Our services include team augmentation, project management tools, collaboration features, and resource allocation capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Puzzle Partner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All work product created by Puzzle Partner teams during the course of an engagement shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Puzzle Partner retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Puzzle Partner's proprietary materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Puzzle Partner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
